A: Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order, along with your shipping and billing details.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
A: Once your order is placed, please allow 12-24 hours for processing. Our fulfillment center will pack and ship your order as soon as possible.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
- You can also track your order by visiting our "Track Your Order" page on our website.
